RunForm only accesses HealthKit data if you choose to grant permission through Apple’s system permissions. The specific HealthKit data accessed may include running and workout-related health and fitness information needed to provide the app’s features.

We use HealthKit data only to:

• display running form insights,
• calculate the app’s metrics and scores,
• show progress over time, and
• support the core functionality of the app.

We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or selling it to third parties.

Data Storage

RunForm processes HealthKit data on your device and uses it only to provide app features. We do not require a login, and we do not collect data into a user account.

If any app data is stored locally on your device, it remains under your control and can be removed by deleting the app or clearing app data where applicable.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Your data does not leave your phone, so we do not share it with anyone.

Analytics and Tracking

RunForm use Firebase Analytics to understand how people use the app and to help us improve its performance, features, and user experience.

The app does not require you to create an account or log in, and we do not intentionally use analytics data to identify you personally.

Firebase may collect information such as device identifiers, app activity, and usage events for analytics purposes. We do not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Your Choices

You can control RunForm’s access to HealthKit data at any time in the Health app or in iPhone Settings. If you revoke permission, RunForm will no longer be able to read the relevant HealthKit data.

You may also delete RunForm from your device at any time to remove the app and any locally stored app data.

Children’s Privacy

RunForm is for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information used by the app. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app or on our website with a revised effective date.
